Stage 3: Managing Interview & Offer Process
Ironstone Recruitment’s top priority is to support candidates from the interview stage through to potential job offers, while consistently providing clear and timely feedback. Our executives will prepare and coach candidates for interviews through thorough preparation and resources. In the event of a successful outcome, we will assist candidates with the onboarding process by coordinating with clients. Additionally, we will maintain contact with all relevant parties after the successful completion of the application process.
