Job description

Ironstone Recruitment are recruiting for Children’s Support Workers for an outstanding Nationwide recognised client which provides young people with therapeutic residential care. Currently an EBD Children’s Residential home requires Senior Support Workers to assist in the educational, social, emotional and behavioral development of children / young people

Current requirement: 2 FT Roles available: (Senior Support Worker) – Permanent

Salary:

Senior Support Worker:£26,000-£27,600 Plus amazing overtime rate

Sleeps paid: £45 a sleep

Annual Salary Circa £29-30K+

Varied shifts / 10 contracted shifts a month (Each shift is 24 hrs long including sleep in/ Sleep in paid)

Funding QCF Level 3/4 qualification after probation

Senior Support Workers applying must have Level 3 Health & Social Care QCF Qualification in Children

Internal Progression / Inhouse Academy base training
