Ironstone Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to work as a Supervising Social Worker “Fostering” with a highly respected and established company in the Midlands. You will be working with an experienced team where the children concerned are respected and listened to.
With a realistic caseload & following a flexible structure you will be working with a Trauma practice model, offering support on a rota basis.

Newly qualified Social Workers will have access to ASYE & CHARMS programmes.
The hours are 37hrs per week, Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm. Friday 9am-4.30pm. Min. 1 day a week in the office.
Applicants needing part-time may also be considered.
You will receive:
Up to £39,994.44 salary.
25 days +8 bank holidays annual leave.
£4500 car allowance on top of annual salary.
