Ironstone Recruitment is pleased to offer 3 job opportunities within the Residential Childcare Sector.
The vacancies are for Registered Managers working in friendly homes, providing a safe environment, offering positive outcomes for the children & young people who live there. The role will require you to build a responsible, compassionate and motivated team who will ensure the home complies with all regulations and provides a high standard of care.
You will undertake Level 5 in Leadership & Management, support each of your Team Members and encourage them to further their careers through the Academy Programme. You will make each Team Member feel valued for the work they do.
You will get:
£50,000 per annum salary plus a £2500 performance bonus

You will need:
Minimum 2 Years experience of managing an Ofsted home with at least a “good” rating
NVQ/QFC Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce or
QFC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent
Full UK Driving Licence
