Ironstone Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager in a Children’s Residential Home in Burton On Trent. We are looking for someone with experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader/Specialist Support Worker with knowledge of young people with behavioural, emotional & social challenges.
You will get:

You will need:
Minimum 2 years experience working with young people who have social & emotional challenges.
Minimum Level 3-4 in Residential Child Care or equivalent.
Experience of leading a team within a childcare setting.
Ability to work shift & sleep ins.
Full UK driving licence.
Age 21 or over.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Registered Manager, deputising in their absence, working to achieve the young people’s best outcomes, support staff in line with 2015 regulations, act as an appropriate role model at all times, work in partnership with parents, carers & other professionals, attending reviews & chairing meetings.
