Team Leader Children's Residential Home

Ironstone Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work within a respected Child Care Company offering support for children aged 7-18 in a warm & friendly home in the Bradford area.
You will get:
A competitive baseline salary of £13.20 – £13.70 per hour.
£50 per sleep-in.
£800 welcome bonus on completion of a probationary period.

You will need:
Level 3-4 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
Experience of working with young people who have social, emotional or behavioural challenges.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work shifts & sleep-ins.
Experience in leading & overseeing a team of Support Workers.
As a Team Leader you will ensure children receive the highest care & support, safeguarding their welfare, managing safety risks in line with Company policy, plan shifts alongside RSW’s.
You will work closely with the children, aiding them with their practical, physical & emotional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential. You will complete written reports & documentation, set up & review Care Plans, Risk Assessments, Agreements & Incentives.
