Residential Care Worker Children
£30,960 plus sleep-ins & additional hours paid at £13 per hour.

Ironstone Recruitment is pleased to offer the position of Children’s Residential Care Worker within a respected and growing Company which is committed to the welfare & safeguarding of the children in its care. The vacancy is based in a beautifully furnished, modern home.
As part of a passionate team, you will be trained to deliver the Company’s therapeutic model to support & care for the children in the best possible way.
You will assist with the children’s day to day support including household duties, cooking, shopping, laundry whilst adhering to all safeguarding procedures. You will ensure all children receive appropriate care & education according to individualised care plans.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment & who can be flexible in their working patterns, with good communication skills & a calm, compassionate understanding of the needs of children & young people.
You will need:
Level3 Residential childcare or equivalent.
1 years experience working in children’s homes or a similar setting.
Be flexible with working patterns.
Good communication, written & verbal skills, an ability to problem solve, de-escalate & divert attention.
Full UK Driving Licence.
You will get:
