Ironstone Recruitment has a vacancy for a Registered Manager to run a Learning Disabilities Residential Children’s home. You will be integral to daily running of the home, enabling the young people to thrive and attain their full potential, building a compassionate team & complying with all regulations. You will undertake Level5 in Leadership & Management and encourage your team in their own career progression. You will get:
starting salary £45000
£5000 quality reward payment
£1000 upon successful completion of Level5

You will need:
Minimum 2 years experience managing a “Good” or above home
Level3 Children’s & Young People’s Workforce OR Level5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care Or equivalent qualification in Children & Young People’s services.
