Ironstone Recruitment has a vacancy for a Registered Manager in the East Midlands area within a friendly & supportive home for children & young adults. You will need to be passionate about their care, helping them realise their full potential through commitment and nurturing.
You will be fully supported through an Employee Support Programme, working alongside a dedicated team of staff, in compliance with all Children’s Homes Regulations. You will undertake Level5 qualifications and encourage your team to achieve their own career progression leading to high-quality care within the home. You will build & lead a motivated team who can access the Academy programme.
You will need:
Minimum 2 years experience managing a home of “Good” or above
Level3 in Children’s & Young Persons Workforce OR Level5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care Or an equivalent
Attention to detail & a commitment to ensure equal opportunities to every child

£45000 annual salary
£1000 on successful completion of Level5
