Ironstone Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Peripatetic Registered Manager, working nationwide to open & manage new or non-operational homes until a permanent team is in place. As the job is nationwide, there will be travel & overnight stays. You will build a motivated team, offering professional developmental support, encouraging career assistance through the academy programmes.
You will provide a safe environment within each home, complying with all regulations, ensuring the highest standard of care and lead your team to help the children & young people achieve their full potential. You will undertake Level5 in Leadership and Management with a £1000 bonus on successful completion.
The salary is £50,000 PLUS
£1000 Level5 completion
£7500 quality reward payment
£500 per each home registration
£5000 bonus if rated “Outstanding”
£2000 bonus if rated “Good”
£2500 Car Allowance

You will need:
Minimum 2 years experience managing a “Good” or above rated home.
Level3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce OR Level5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care OR equivalent.
An attention to detail, focusing on achieving quality, recognising the need to help the children create bright futures.
