Children's Home Manager
£40,000 per annum + upto £500 per month performance bonus + £1500 joining bonus+ £2500 relocation assistance.

Ironstone Recruitment has available the role of experienced Children’s Home Manager in Burton On Trent.
The Ofsted registered Home cares for children aged 7-18 who have behavioural & emotional issues, having suffered neglect, trauma, sexual exploitation or domestic abuse. You would be joining a dedicated team on a full time, permanent basis on an 8 hour shift.
You will be responsible for implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose, leading a team to deliver the highest standards of care , carry out routine meetings & reviews, offer support to senior staff, work with parents & carers, chair relevant meetings and ensure the children’s welfare is promoted.
You will need:
Experience of working in a residential care home at Manager level, within a Learning Disabilities Service.
Diploma Level 3/4 in Residential Child Care or equivalent.
Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management or a willingness to work towards it.
Experience in leading & supervising a team in a Residential Child Care setting.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Annual salary of £40,000
Monthly performance rated bonus of £500.
