Team Leader Children's Residential Home

Ironstone Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an experienced & enthusiastic person to join a dedicated team in caring for children aged 7-18 who may have Learning Disabilities or challenging behavioural problems. The Ofsted registered Home offers the highest level of care with the needs of the children at its heart. This full-time role is working shifts with a 1 day on, 2 days off pattern with 6-8 sleep-ins per month.
As a Team Leader you will be working alongside the Home Manager, providing the highest standard of care, welfare & safeguarding.
You will need:
Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent.
Experience of working with young people with challenging difficulties, planning shifts & overseeing a team of Support Workers.
Full UK Driving Licence.
You will receive:
