Ironstone Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for Deputy Manager to join a dedicated team in an Ofsted registered children’s home in Derby working with children aged 7-18 who have challenging behavioural issues.
The role is full-time, with a shift pattern of 1 day on, 2 days off & 6-7 sleep-ins a month. There is a welcome bonus of £1000. There is on-site parking, discounted or free food & additional Leave .
Your duties will be to deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager, work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for the children, chair meetings & promote their safeguarding.

You will need:
Minimum of 2 years experience working with young people or 1 year at Managerial/Supervisory level.
Certified Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Child Care.
Experience in leading a team.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Ability to work shifts & sleep in the Home overnight.
