Ironstone Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Therapeutic Support Worker, working with “young people” aged from 7-12 years.
The provision is based in Paddock Wood, Kent, it is focused on facilitating children’s growth and recovery.
Our client works closely with a team of experienced clinical and educational Psychologists, Psychotherapist’s and Occupational Therapists who have an interest in repairing the effects of trauma and attachment disruption.
Your purpose as a Senior Support Worker: You will lead and coordinate shifts and work with the children implementing our clients therapeutic model.
Your role is to support the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager to establish our clients ethos and culture within the home, ensuring the home functions within Ofsted’s regulatory framework.
Senior Support Workers will support the RM in developing the staff team to feel valued.
The role is a full time position, 40 hours per week.
Salary, up-to £32,000 per annum DOE.
you will be required to Sleep-in (8 per month) paid at £35 per sleep.
