Ironstone Recruitment are looking for an experienced Home Manager/Deputy Manager with experience in Residential Childcare looking to further their career within a respected & established Childcare Company.
This opportunity offers the successful candidate access to funded further qualifications & specialist training. You will lead a team delivering support to the young people in accordance with the Statement of Purpose, carry out routine meetings & reviews and work in partnership with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the children.
You will get;
Upto £42,000 annual salary with a monthly performance bonus of £500
£1000 probationary joining bonus

You will need:
1 year experience in a supervisory role
Level 3-4 in Residential Childcare
Level 5 Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Aged 21 or over.
