Ironstone Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager in a warm, friendly home, offering support to children & young people. The position requires you to build and lead team of dedicated staff members, ensuring that the children attain their goals through listening and compassion. You will be responsible for the daily running of the home, complying with all regulations, thus offering a high standard of care & quality.
You will undertake Level5 in Leadership & Management, with a £1000 bonus upon successful completion.
The starting salary is £45,000.

You will need 2 years experience managing a “Good” Ofsted rated home, have attention to detail without compromising on quality, be passionate about the children and their futures, helping them to create bright futures.
Level3 in Children’s and Young Peoples Workforce OR Level5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care OR an equivalent is required.
