Ironstone Recruitment has an exciting vacancy available for a Registered Manager to build & lead a compassionate team, inspiring children & young people to achieve their goals, within a safe & supportive home. You will ensure the Home maintains a high standard, complying with all regulations, facilitating staff in their professional development ensuring job satisfaction.
The role will require you to undertake Level 5 qualifications with a £1000 bonus on successful completion.
The salary starts at £45,000.
There is a quality reward payment of £7500, a £1000 bonus for full occupancy, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, an employee assistance programme, free parking and On Call bonuses.
You must have 2 years experience in managing an Ofsted home of “good” or above, hold a Level3 in Childrens and Young People’s Workforce OR Level5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or the equivalent in Childrens & Young People’s Services.
