Ironstone Recruitment have an exciting opportunity available for a Supervising Social Worker/Senior Practitioner to join a leading & highly respected childcare company.
The position is based on the Isle Of Wight, working from home with occasional travel to Salisbury. This full-time position requires someone with initiative, experience of working within fostering, an ability to complete Form F assessments whilst also supporting recruitment planning. You will have direct monitoring of caseloads, working within a Trauma Informed Practice Model, collaborating with colleagues to meet Ofsted requirements.
