Stage 1: Identifying Talent

We utilise Ironstone Recruitment’s resources to identify talented candidates from resumes. Promote client job openings on Social Care & Healthcare recruitment platforms to attract highly qualified applicants.

Stage 2: Selection & Registration

We conduct a thorough selection process by reviewing candidate applications and qualifications to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.

Interview selected candidates to verify their qualifications, work history, and right to work documents.

Register chosen candidates in compliance with GDPR regulations. Represent candidates professionally to clients and provide ongoing feedback throughout the application process to enhance the candidate experience.

Stage 3: Managing Interview & Offer Process

Ironstone Recruitment’s top priority is to support candidates from the interview stage through to potential job offers, while consistently providing clear and timely feedback. Our executives will prepare and coach candidates for interviews through thorough preparation and resources. In the event of a successful outcome, we will assist candidates with the onboarding process by coordinating with clients. Additionally, we will maintain contact with all relevant parties after the successful completion of the application process.
